Worship is the central aspect of our church life at Falling Spring.  At our services on Sunday morning you will find folks from diverse backgrounds gathering together to praise God and seek His direction for our lives.   We are a Christ-centered congregation who believe that through the power of the Holy Spirit we can make a difference in the lives of people within our congregation as well as in our community and the world.  No matter which service best suits your preferences, you will find that the worship is rooted in and driven by the Word.

Contemplative

The contemplative service in the  Sanctuary at 8:00 AM allows for quiet times of reflection and meditation, as well as traditional hymns and liturgical elements.  The extended times of stillness in this service offers the opportunity to  quiet ourselves in order to open our souls to the ministry of God. This is an in-person worship service only.

Traditional

Our traditional service in the sanctuary at 10:00 AM honors long-established and predefined elements of worship including: organ music, a chancel choir, hymns and liturgical pieces like the Gloria Patri and a traditional creed.  Beautiful altar flowers add to our service each week.  People give flowers to the glory of God, in thanksgiving of special events like an anniversary or birthday or in memory of loved ones.  If you would like to participate in worship in this way, please contact the church office at 717.264.5715.

Although there is nothing like being in the room, you can also participate online. Our Traditional Service is broadcast on Facebook.

Contemporary

It is a privilege to gather as God’s people, and everyone is welcome! In our FLC service, there are opportunities for you to worship, learn, serve, and meet some amazing people! Feel free to come as you are, hoping and expecting to encounter the presence of God. Music is led by our worship band. The message springs from God’s Word and is designed to help us experience transformation in Christ. There is also an inspiring message, just for children.

Children are welcome and valued in the service, and childcare is also available.

Although there is nothing like being in the room, you can also participate online. Our FLC Service is broadcast on YouTube.
